ThemeForest is a catalog of premium wordpress themes. You can join them with no requirement instead of ability of creating WordPress themes of course:-)
They will pay you every people stop by and buy your theme. So create the interesting one. You do not have to worried about the price management. They will manage it for you. If your creation is good and being hunted, they will increase the price and your commision of course (up to 75%).

Another great site for this sort of thing that I just stumbled upon is wordpressmarketplace.com. I think it’s just starting up, so there aren’t any themes on there yet, but looks like a good option with sales profit of 80% rather than the 40% on ThemeForrest. Something to think about! I want to add some themes there.
