How to import SWF movie Flash to WordPress? I have been asked this question by my friend several days ago. Importing swf flash to wordpress of course using embed and object HTML tags.

To do it so, I usually just need to type these words below:
<object>
<embed src="http://domain.com/flash_location.swf"></embed>
</object>

However, shockwave flash has been popular wider than before, so it is kinda cool to place swf flash to the sidebar. To do it so, just follow the steps below:

1. Open up your admin page of your Wordpress Blog
2. Make sure your swf movie is uploaded, if you haven’t, upload it via Media tab (ver2.8 above) or FTP.
3. Open the widget section.
4. Create new arbitary Text widget.
5. Copy paste the code same as above and Save Changes.

You should see the swf flash movie on the sidebar:-)
